Augusta and Catherine

With an undeniable passion for cultivating community through movement, and working side-by-side as fitness professionals for almost six years, we’re linking arms to bring you: SUPERTONE. Co-founders, Catherine and Augusta, are merging their skillsets to build a new concept featuring strength training and cycling. 

“We feel incredibly humbled that the doors opened for us to begin this venture together. We bring different skills to this endeavor, yet we both know firmly that we were called to empower others through a common purpose. Our hope is that SUPERTONE becomes a community where you tap into the limitless potential you already carry and build confidence through strength and purpose.”

Explore our class types.

  • SUPER

    Combining cycling and strength training into one class format. Two rooms, connected, starting with 30 minutes of strength, and finishing with 30 minutes of cycle. Experience a full body + mind revolution.

  • STRENGTH

    Rhythm based - bootcamp style, strength training classes. Incorporating a range of dumbbells and resistance bands, an intentional warm up with cardio, mobility and stretching. Book a mat and train to the beat.

  • CYCLE

    Resistance and endurance training + choreography on the bike done to the beat of the music. Moving as a team, and celebrating the riders around you. It’s an unrivaled vibe and one incredible sweat.

Our classes are meant for anyone at any fitness level. Designed to be scalable and progress driven, our team will coach you to finding the right pace.
